Land movement

Land movement is crucial to success on the water.

Core stability is developed through body circuits. Planks and bridges are foundational, with advanced routines moving from static holds to dynamic movement.

Sport-specific strength is developed on the erg as well as on the water.

Yoga vinyasas develop health of the spine, optimal racing posture, and a strong, safe and full range of motion.

Plyometric routines are used to encourage explosiveness.

After instruction to insure safe form, weight lifting will be used to develop raw power.
